APL350 Seminar on Coworking

Tin was supposed to hold a short presentation on coworking spaces for the property & law students, which turned into a 4-hour long seminar. The topic was related to various real estate practices, business models, brands, societal ideals and other tendencies etc. The discussion delved in to many aspects and complexities within the coworking model, and how it redefined the role of a property developer.

In attendance were 4 students from APL350 and associate professors Knut Boge and Erling Dokk Holm. The last-mentioned also served as Tin’s supervisor for his award-winning master thesis, Coworking Spaces.
