Tin held his keynote, “Coworking Spaces - what are we left with?” for the executives and CEO’s of real estate of what was once called Østfold in ancient times. This presentation of course addressed the elephant in the room: the fall of the most influential coworking franchise in the world, Wework. He went through 3 parts:

Tin was called to the fore alongside Roar Smelhus, as he took upon himself the theoretical part and Roar presented the practhical part. The seminar was hosted by Erling Dokk Holm, through Senter for Næringseiendom. Fun fact: Erling actually served as Tin’s supervisor for his awarding winning thesis on the subject.
