EIE310 - Proptech guest lecture
Tin will hold a guest lecture on proptech in the course EIE310 Property Market and Analysis. Tin will focus the ongoing digitalisation of the core business practices in the real estate industry. The contents is founded in Tin’s PhD project and the paper, The Norwegian Proptech Market - in which Tin co-authored with Knut Boge.

EIE310 is a 10 ECTS course led by associate professor Knut Boge, and gives an introduction into the Norwegian property market and the factors that influence it. The student should be familiar with the most important factors that influence the property markets and be able to do analyses of local property markets and understand property as a process.
