Keynote at the Eiendomforum’s Conference
Tin was invited to the annual Lillestrøm Eiendomsforum’s conference to present: How to attract knowledge workers? The context of this topic, is that Lillestrøm is currently working with how to further develop or distinguish between the city centre and Kjeller Research Park.
Tin presented among others, many subjects on the topic, such as: theory based on different industrial complexes, clusters, research parks, knowledge cities, innovation districts, the different modes of development (business, urban and societal) and to distinguish between the simple and elaborate measures. Tin also presented a great many anecdotes and examples of singular, yet exceptional individuals that changed the course of world famous tech clusters, what-not-to-do’s in these types of development, and examples from the real world and market, relating them back to Kjeller/Lillestrøm for an epic conclusion. Lunch that day was lasagna, saland and bread.
